Raising up a new generation of visionary missionary leaders in Russia
Vital to a movement of missionary churches are leaders who will push the envelope in planting new churches and sending Russian missionaries across cultural boundaries. C&MA staff mentor key leaders in ministry and invest in instruction, student formation, and ongoing institutional development at the Kuban Evangelical Christian University (KECU). KECU is one of only two accredited Bible Colleges in Russia. Its graduates are among the nation’s most progressive leaders in the emerging Evangelical missionary church movement. Three of our partner organizations now have missionaries serving beyond Russia’s borders, all of whom studied in KECU programs. U.S. Alliance missionaries Matt and Terri Fisher serve full-time on faculty and in student-life ministries at this school.
